1. Eligibility for Refunds


Sanguine Training and Staffing Solutions is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review the following guidelines to determine your eligibility for a refund:

  • Training Programs and Courses:

    • Full refunds will be issued if requested within 7 days of the course start date.

    • No refunds will be provided after the initial 7-day period.

    • Refunds are not applicable for completed courses or programs.

  • Staffing Services:

    • Refunds for staffing services are subject to specific contractual agreements. Please refer to your staffing agreement for details.

    • If a candidate placed through our staffing services leaves the position within the probationary period, we will work to find a replacement. However, no monetary refunds will be provided.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone.

  2. Provide Details: Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide relevant information (e.g., course name, candidate details).

  3. Processing Time: We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.
