Sanguine Training and Staffing Solutions is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review the following guidelines to determine your eligibility for a refund:

Training Programs and Courses:

Full refunds will be issued if requested within 7 days of the course start date.

No refunds will be provided after the initial 7-day period.

Refunds are not applicable for completed courses or programs.

Staffing Services:

Refunds for staffing services are subject to specific contractual agreements. Please refer to your staffing agreement for details.

If a candidate placed through our staffing services leaves the position within the probationary period, we will work to find a replacement. However, no monetary refunds will be provided.
